8. Termination

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DataVix regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and DataVix.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
